Draws
Draws for monthly prizes will be conducted once per month at STANDARD BANK PLC Head Office, Capital City Lilongwe.
The grand prize will be drawn at the end of the promotion and all entries which have qualified for the monthly draws will be eligible for the draw. The winner will be selected through random draw at STANDARD BANK PLC Head Office, Capital City Lilongwe
Winners of the cash prizes will be notified by email and or telephone call within 2 working days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Bank reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and pick a replacement winner through a subsequent draw.
STANDARD BANK BUREAU DE CHANGE will deposit the cash prizes directly into the designated Bank account of each winner.
General Terms and Conditions
All customers that have met the criteria for entry by transferring a minimum equivalent of US$2,000 through the BDC will be entered into the draw and shall be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Malawian laws and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malawi.
By entering this competition, the winners give consent to the Bank to use their name and image in any publicity material and winners will be published in the press, on STANDARD BANK’s websites and on STANDARD BANK’s social media pages.
STANDARD BANK BUREAU DE CHANGE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revised version will be effective immediately that it is displayed on its corporate website or through any channel.
In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated into any language other than English, the terms of the English Language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
